Negacut is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our work focuses on reputation management and compliance with platform policies (Google, Yelp, Avvo, etc.).
3️⃣ No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Deletion of any specific review or article
- Placement in Google Map Pack or organic rankings
- Increase in revenue or case volume
We provide best-effort, policy-compliant services designed to maximize approval rates and reputation recovery.
4️⃣ Payments
- Payment terms are defined in your service agreement or invoice.
- Monthly retainers renew automatically unless cancelled with 30-day notice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Negacut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Platform outages or policy changes
- Delays outside our control (Google/Yelp review processing times)
- Loss of business opportunities
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid for services in the last 30 days.
6️⃣ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
